He regularly advises corporate innovation teams to help them optimise their own innovation practice.

Jean-Marc is passionate about helping large corporations maximize the impact of their innovation teams. He firmly believes that in addition to championing tomorrow’s technologies, those teams

should orchestrate the wider transformation. In particular they should play a major part in stimulating digital transformation and new work practices, and in catalysing culture change. Jean-Marc is convinced that evolving work practices towards data centricity and controlled experimentation is the best response to possible disruption, and it also prepares mindset to seize future growth opportunities. Jean-Marc is keen to actively participate in such transformation projects, using his Silicon Valley pedigree and corporate experience. He has a real interest in the wider Asia region, where transformation is needed in traditional companies and where innovation practice lessons can be learned from new players.
