Katie Renati oversees operations and program management at RealChange. She ensures the success of RealChange’s Learning Expeditions by designing processes and managing programs that inspire its clients and run smoothly. She also develops RealChange’s strategic and operational consulting services for innovation outposts in Silicon Valley.
She has over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, and executive management in the high technology and international environment. She possesses extensive knowledge in the areas of strategic planning, project leadership, and top-tier account management. Katie Renati has helped local and international companies, startups and established corporations with a variety of projects based in Silicon Valley.
Ms. Renati spent more than five years at Flextronics, the world’s largest EMS provider, as Vice President of Business Development and Director of Global Business Strategy, where she handled enclosure product development, product marketing, and marketing communications, as well as strategic planning for PCs, displays, PDAs and more. Prior to Flextronics, Ms. Renati worked for over ten years at Palo Alto Products, Inc. as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, where she helped grow sales from $1M to $100M, leading to the company’s acquisition by Flextronics. During her tenure she personally signed up top-tier accounts, as well as developed distribution channels and partnerships with key technology leaders. Ms. Renati earned a BS in Business Administration, a BA in Foreign Languages, and an MBA in International Business from the University of Paris Dauphine.
